More About Joyea 9 VIP

VIP programs are nothing new in online gaming, but Joyea 9 takes a different approach. Here, VIP isn't just about more bonuses — it's a completely different experience. Built with Bangladeshi players in mind, the program's benefits are as practical and accessible as possible.

How does the points system work?

Joyea 9's point system is straightforward. Every time you play or place a bet, you earn 1 point for every BDT 100 wagered. The rate doubles for slots — 2 points per BDT 100. For Live Casino games, you earn 1.5 points per BDT 100.

During special weekend events, points can double or even triple. You also earn bonus points for logging in daily — log in 7 days in a row and you'll receive a large point bonus.

When and how do you receive your cashback?

Every Monday, cashback is calculated based on the previous week's gaming activity and credited directly to your Joyea 9 wallet — with no wagering requirements, so you can withdraw it straight away. This is a major advantage, as most platforms require you to wager cashback before withdrawing.

Can Your VIP Tier Drop?

This is a question many members ask. At Joyea 9, once you reach a tier, you may drop back to the previous tier if you don't maintain the required points within three months. However, the process is gradual — there's no chance of dropping multiple tiers all at once. This rule is in place to keep players engaged and active.

How to participate in VIP Tournaments?

You become eligible for VIP Tournaments starting from the Gold tier. The tournament schedule for the following month is published during the first week of each month. Your account manager will send you an invitation in advance. Tournament prize pools typically range from BDT 50,000 to BDT 5,00,000.

As a new player, how long does it realistically take to reach Gold?

It depends on how active you are. Players who play regularly and spend a bit of time on Joyea 9 each day typically reach Gold tier within 2–3 months. That said, responsible play comes first — never go beyond your budget just to chase points.
